Email QR code
Email QR Code Generator – Pre-Filled Message on Scan. No watermark added by QuickConvertOnline. Free, no account needed.
About Email QR code
The email QR code generator creates a code that opens the scanner’s email app with a new message ready to send. You set the recipient address and can add a subject line and message text, so people only need to tap Send.
It uses a standard mailto link, which phones pass to the default mail app. It is a simple way to collect feedback, support requests, RSVPs or sign-ups from print without asking anyone to type an email address.

Frequently asked questions
Does scanning the code send the email automatically?
No. It only opens a new draft in the person’s mail app with the address, subject and message filled in. They can edit it and must tap Send themselves, so nothing is sent without their action.
Which mail app opens when the code is scanned?
The phone’s default mail app, such as Mail on iPhone or Gmail on many Android phones. If no mail app is set up, the phone may ask which app to use or simply show the address.
Can I add CC, BCC or more than one recipient?
The form has a single address field and no CC or BCC fields. To reach several people, use a shared address or group alias as the recipient, so the code stays short and works the same in every mail app.
Why does a long message make the code harder to scan?
Everything you type is stored in the code, and the subject and message are percent-encoded, so spaces and symbols take extra characters. Long messages produce dense codes. Keep the message to a short prompt the sender can add to.
