Bulk QR generator
Bulk QR Code Generator – Up to 500 Codes as a ZIP. No watermark added by QuickConvertOnline. Free, no account needed.
About Bulk QR generator
The bulk QR code generator turns a list into many codes at once. Paste up to 500 lines and each line becomes its own QR code. Download them together as a ZIP of PNG or SVG files, ready for labels, print merges or a product catalog.
To control file names, paste two columns from a spreadsheet: the name first and the content second, separated by a tab. Without a name, files are numbered qr-001, qr-002 and so on. All codes are created in your browser, so internal links and IDs stay private.
How to use Bulk QR generator
- Paste your list into the Input box, one link or text per line; blank lines are skipped.
- To name the files, copy two spreadsheet columns, name then content, and paste them instead.
- Choose colors, error correction, output format (PNG or SVG) and PNG size.
- Check the preview of the first codes, then select Download ZIP.
Features
- Up to 500 codes per batch; a single code downloads as one file instead of a ZIP.
- Optional file names from a tab-separated first column, with unsafe characters replaced and duplicate names numbered.
- PNG at 256, 512 or 1024 pixels square, or SVG for print.
- Shared colors and error correction for every code, with a contrast warning.
- Lines too long for a QR code are listed by line number while the rest still generate.
- Previews the first 24 codes; every code is included in the download.
Common uses
- Creating a unique code for each product, asset tag or inventory bin.
- Printing tickets, badges or table cards that each link to a different page.
- Making codes for every item in a catalog or every room in a building.
Tips
- Keep the name column first: name, then a tab, then the content. A line without a tab is used entirely as content.
- Choose SVG if the codes are going into a print layout program, since it scales without blurring.
Frequently asked questions
How do I name each QR code file?
Put the file name before the content, separated by a tab. The easiest way is to copy two adjacent spreadsheet columns, names on the left and content on the right, and paste them. Characters not allowed in file names are replaced with underscores.
What happens to duplicate file names?
If two lines have the same name, ignoring capitalization, the second becomes name-2, the next name-3 and so on. No file overwrites another inside the ZIP, and every line keeps its own code.
Can I upload a CSV or Excel file?
The tool takes pasted text rather than file uploads. Open your sheet, copy the name and content columns, or just the content column, and paste them into the Input box. Commas do not split a line, so use tab-separated columns for names.
Is there a limit on how many codes I can make?
Each batch holds up to 500 non-empty lines. For a longer list, split it into batches of up to 500 lines and download a ZIP for each one.
Can I add a logo to bulk QR codes?
No. Bulk codes support colors, error correction, format and size, but not logos. To add a logo, use the QR code with logo tool for each code; it also checks that the result still scans.
