About Images to PDF

Images to PDF combines pictures into a single PDF document, one image per page. Add up to 12 images, arrange them with the up and down arrows, choose a page size and margin, and generate a PDF that you can preview on the page before downloading.

It works well for turning phone photos of receipts, handwritten notes, whiteboards or ID documents into one file that is easy to email or upload to a portal. Images are decoded and placed by your browser, so private photos never leave your device and no watermark is added.

How to use Images to PDF

  1. Drop images onto the page, select them from your device or paste an image from the clipboard.
  2. Use the up and down arrows to set the page order, and remove any image you do not need.
  3. Choose a Page size (A4, US Letter or Original), set the Margin and tick Landscape if needed.
  4. Select Generate PDF, check the preview and download the file.

Features

  • Accepts JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, SVG and other image formats your browser can decode.
  • Page sizes: A4, US Letter, or Original to match each image's own dimensions.
  • Portrait or landscape orientation for A4 and Letter pages.
  • Margins from 0 to 144 points (up to 2 inches), with each image scaled to fit and centered without cropping or stretching.
  • Up to 12 images per PDF, 60 MB and 40 megapixels in total.
  • Built-in preview of the generated PDF before you download it.

Common uses

  • Turning photos of receipts into one PDF for an expense report.
  • Combining phone scans of a signed document into a single file.
  • Sending photos of ID documents or certificates to an online application.
  • Saving whiteboard photos or handwritten notes from a meeting as one document.

Tips

  • Choose Original page size and a margin of 0 for edge-to-edge pages at each image's own proportions.
  • Images are embedded losslessly, so PDFs made from large photos can be big. Run the result through Compress PDF with Smaller scans to shrink it.

Frequently asked questions

How do I combine several images into one PDF?

Add all the images at once or one after another, put them in order with the arrow buttons, choose a page size and select Generate PDF. Each image becomes one page, in the order shown in the list.

Will my images be cropped or stretched?

No. Each image is scaled to fit inside the page margins while keeping its proportions, then centered on the page. With the Original page size, the page takes the image's own shape, so there is no extra empty space.

Which page size should I choose?

Choose A4 or US Letter when the PDF may be printed or must match a standard document size. Choose Original for screenshots, photos and designs, so each page matches its image exactly.

Why is my PDF larger than the original images?

Images are embedded in a lossless format, so compressed JPG photos can take more space inside the PDF than as separate files. To shrink the result, open it in Compress PDF and choose Smaller scans, which re-encodes pages as JPG.

Can I add more than 12 images?

One PDF holds up to 12 images. For longer documents, create several PDFs in batches of 12 and then join them into one file with Merge PDF.
